Next Cool Restaurants (NCR) Ventures is a collection of neighborhood local restaurants focused on world class food, upscale service, in an well designed space meant to create an unforgettable experience. Whether you are getting engaged, celebrating with friends, or just looking for dinner without all the back and forth of “where should we go?” you’ll find a comfortable seat and fresh, simple, well prepared food at one of our establishments.

We started in 2012 with Cedar Creek Grille. Later we opened Lindey’s Lakehouse on the Cuyahoga River in the Cleveland Flats, we then added to our family, 17 River Grille, located on the one of a kind Chagrin Falls waterfall. In 2020, we went back to our roots of Italian food and opened Bar Italia in Beachwood and Lakewood, OH. In 2020 we found ourselves in a position to grow in Chagrin Falls and opened JoJo’s Bar, our version of the quintessential New York Italian Steakhouse.

2023 is another year of growth as we “Venture” out of Ohio and into Florida and we will be opening our 3rd Bar Italia in Winter Park.
